Job Title: Sales Expert – Real Estate
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

About Us
We are a fast-growing real estate firm specializing in premium residential and commercial projects across NCR. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Expert to join our team and drive high-value property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches in Gurugram/NCR.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead follow-up and client servicing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3 years in real estate sales (luxury/primary/secondary market preferred).
- Strong network of investors, brokers, and HNI clients in Gurugram/NCR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
