We're Hiring – Domestic Sales Executive & Franchise Sales Manager | Gurgaon Location
1. Position: Domestic Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only)
Openings: 1
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Shift: General | Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Compensation: Fixed + Attractive Incentive Structure
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer inquiries and convert leads
- Share detailed information about products/services
- Follow up with potential clients and build lasting relationships
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales records and update CRM systems accurately
Eligibility Criteria:
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 2 years of core sales experience (Retail-only experience not eligible)
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and available full-time
- Candidates currently pursuing studies are not eligible
2. Position: Franchise Sales Manager (Male & Female)
Openings: 20
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Shift: General | Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Compensation: Fixed + Attractive Incentive Structure (Target-Based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Share product/service offerings and convert leads into sales
- Follow up with clients and ensure strong, long-term associations
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Keep accurate sales data and update CRM tools
- Maintain a confident and professional approach in all communications
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to both Male and Female candidates
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5–6 years of experience may apply
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Must be target-oriented, well-presented, committed to full-time work
- Candidates currently pursuing academic courses are not eligible
