Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales in their designated region, developing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, coordinating with the internal project management team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Additional responsibilities include training and developing the sales team, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts, and identifying opportunities for market growth.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Sales and strategic sales planning
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and develop a sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
