Regional Sales Manager( Gurgaon)

Role & responsibilities :
- Manage sales performance of assigned region to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on general trade, leadership, problem solving, and sales training.
- Conduct regular forecasting and analysis to optimize sales strategy and improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG industry with a focus on regional sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving target achievement through effective planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, sales planning, sales forecasting, sales training, leadership, problem solving.
