Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager (North) located in Gurgaon. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, planning business strategies, and monitoring commercial management activities for steel sales in North India. The role includes analyzing market trends, developing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring targets are met. The manager will ensure quality control and timely delivery of products, and will work closely with other departments to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B Sales and client relationship management
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy development
- Experience in Commercial Management and understanding of market trends
- Effective Team Management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
