HORECA Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth in the HORECA channel through strategic planning, client relationship management, distributor coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve HORECA targets.
- Identify and onboard new clients while managing existing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and caterers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key clients.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Oversee distributor operations and ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data and prepare periodic performance reports.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of the HORECA industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60, ₹100,000.00 per month
