Job Summary:

Responsible for driving sales growth in the HORECA channel through strategic planning, client relationship management, distributor coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve HORECA targets.
  • Identify and onboard new clients while managing existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and caterers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key clients.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Oversee distributor operations and ensure product availability.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare periodic performance reports.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of the HORECA industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
