Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a HORECA Sales Manager. The role involves identifying potential clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering sectors, building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, and promoting DeliverIt's products and services. The Sales Manager will also develop strategies to meet sales targets, analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with expertise in B2B or HORECA sales
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills
  • Understanding of the food and beverage industry, supply chain, and logistics
  • Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and other sales-related tools
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role within HORECA industries is preferred
