Role Description
The Area Sales Executive – HoReCa role is a full-time position based on-site in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include managing and expanding sales within the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector. Key tasks involve identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and staying informed about competitor activities. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Ability to conduct market analysis and formulate strategic sales plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales reporting and use of CRM software
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets consistently
- Knowledge of the HoReCa segment and prior experience in this domain is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
