 Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – FMCG (Frozen Fruits)

Locations: Mumbai - 4 , Bangalore- 4, Kerala - 4 

Kerala - Multi location requirements as below:

Kannur, Kozikode, Wayanad, Mallapuram (1 position to cover sales for the cities mentioned)

Ernakulam , Palakkad & Thissur (1 position to cover sales for the cities mentioned)

Idukki, Kottayam. Alapuzza, Thrivandrum, Kollam, pathanamthitha (1 position to cover sales for the cities mentioned)

Kochi (1 position to cover sales for the cities mentioned)

Salary Range: ₹3.5 – 5 LPA

A fast-growing company in the frozen fruit and related products segment, offering premium quality products for retail, HoReCa, and institutional clients. The company is expanding its presence across India and is looking for energetic and driven sales professionals to join its growing team.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory, developing distributor and retail networks, and ensuring the availability and visibility of the company's products across all key channels.

Key Responsibilities


• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets within the assigned territory.

• Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and HoReCa clients.

• Ensure product placement and visibility in retail outlets and modern trade.

• Develop strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and product performance.

• Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.

• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for timely delivery and stock planning.

• Provide feedback on market trends, new opportunities, and customer needs.

Desired Candidate Profile


• Graduate / MBA preferred.

• 3–6 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in frozen, perishable, or food categories.

• Strong local market knowledge and distributor/retailer network.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.

• Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license.

• Fluency in English and knowledge of local language is essential.
