Position Description: Executive/Sr. Executive – MT & E- Comm Sales – Sales POSITION TITLE: Executive/Sr. Executive – MT & E-Comm Sales CADRE / BAND: O1 /14/13 DIVISION / DEPARTMENT/ FUNCTION: Spiceco / Sales/ MT & E- Comm/ Sales LOCATION: Position Based REPORTING TO: Band 13 and above/ Band 11 and above POSITION REPORTING TO THIS ONE: Band 16 and 15 JOB NUMBER: O1|ECOMM|SAL|FDS DATE: 2023 PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce sales strategy to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business revenue. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an e-commerce sales strategy based on the existing product portfolio to drive monthly/ Quarterly / Annually Business revenue for the assigned. portals with a scope to expand for future products across the e-commerce value chain & have intensely worked in driving sales targets for the organization. Key Account handling, dealing with stakeholders and responsible for achieving sales targets though respective accounts. Develop and drive business plan ( category/ Market wise ), consumer promo in line with the business & Brand strategy ensuring optimal efficiency. Drive revenue and profitability through sales value, high transaction volume, new customer acquisition, and repeat sales. Intensive coordination with Sales team and SCM team to ensure optimal orders replenishment , Fill-rates through efficient inventory forecasting and planning. Increase product listings and prioritization by working with channel partners and improving traffic via paid, organic channels on marketplaces and scale the brand, and products. Experienced in Listing and Linking of Products on all the major portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Big basket & Quick Commerce Portals & A+ Content Managements & E-commerce SEO. Ensure inventory availability across locations, and pin codes (OSA) and ensure high fulfillment, low returns, and great customer experience and reviews. Preparing and presenting regular reports to internal and external stakeholders ( OSA, SOS, SOS and Sales' Track and Trends ). CONTACTS/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: INTERNAL: Need Based EXTERNAL: Customers and as advised by reporting authority. KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE /Age Group/ QUALIFICATION: REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: OTHER INFORMATION: KNOWLEDGE: Modern Trade Business, FMCG/ Food Industry, Local Markets, Local Language of assigned area, Computer- MS Office ADMINISTRATIVE: Position Based Position requires extensive travel: - Own Conveyance Must. SKILLS: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other major portals, Strong knowledge of SEO, A+ content management, and digital marketing strategies.Analytical skills, Good Interpersonal skills, Time management.
