Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Executive-CRM, located in Bengaluru. The Sr Executive-CRM will be responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing CRM systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include working closely with the sales team, analyzing customer data, and providing insights to improve sales strategies. The role also involves project management responsibilities, such as coordinating with various departments to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
- Analytical Skills and Project Management
- Strong Communication skills
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
