Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience - 7 to 8 Years in sales
Package - 5 to 7 LPA
Location: Bangalore

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Textile Chemicals products, their applications, and current industry trends.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate in creating marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with customers, prospects, and industry partners to effectively promote products and solutions.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance, training, and product demonstrations to customers to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, monitor competitor activities, and collect customer feedback to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Sales Tracking: Monitor distributor sales, assess market share, and evaluate customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Dealer Communication: Regularly update dealers on new products, promotions, and company news to ensure they are well-informed and equipped to sell effectively.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers and dealers to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Support Provision: Supply dealers with necessary marketing materials, technical support, and exceptional customer service to enhance their sales efforts.
