- Work closely with product development to communicate market demands.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in MLAP/Prime-LAP.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software.
