Strategic Partner Manager

Role Overview
As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing strategic partners such as
tech companies, digital agencies, consulting firms, and service providers
. Your goal is to create a strong partner ecosystem that consistently drives high-quality business opportunities to VortexWeb.
You will act as the bridge between VortexWeb and global partners—enabling, training, and supporting them to succeed while representing our solutions with authority and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Acquisition & Ecosystem Building
- Identify and recruit high-potential partners in regions such as India, the GCC, and the UK.
- Map relevant partner categories—VoIP providers, digital agencies, business setup consultants, IT service firms, and automation specialists.
- Evaluate and onboard partners aligned with our service offerings and growth objectives.
2. Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner accounts.
- Maintain long-term relationships and ensure partners remain engaged, trained, and actively referring opportunities.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
3. Partner Enablement & Training
- Train partner sales and consulting teams to identify and qualify opportunities relevant to VortexWeb.
- Develop partner enablement material, presentations, and guides.
- Represent VortexWeb's service capabilities clearly and professionally.
4. Commercial Structuring & Negotiation
- Develop mutually beneficial partnership models, including referral agreements, revenue-share structures, and collaboration frameworks.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure transparent documentation of partnership commitments.
5. Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Manage the partner pipeline to ensure a predictable flow of qualified leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, marketing) to ensure smooth handling of opportunities sourced from partners.
- Track partner performance metrics and report KPIs regularly.
6. Market Expansion & Visibility
- Support listing opportunities on global technology marketplaces to increase brand visibility.
- Represent VortexWeb in partner events, industry meetups, and online communities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in
Partnerships, Channel Development, Business Alliances,
or
B2B SaaS/IT sales
. - Prior experience with
GCC or UK markets
is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competence
- Strong understanding of digital solutions such as CRM systems, API integrations, automation platforms, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with Founders, CEOs, Directors, and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage relationship cycles, and drive measurable outcomes.
