About the Role

As the
Strategic Partner-Doctrine & Systems
, you will define and govern the architecture of PxITBS's internal and external systems. This is a signatory-level appointment for a leader capable of merging strategic intelligence with organizational design. You will operate alongside the Managing Partner and the Grand Council of Doctrine & Strategy to shape the structures, frameworks, and doctrines that guide PxITBS's global expansion and institutional governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine PxITBS's core doctrines and operational frameworks.
  • Lead cross-division integration between People, Policy, and Systems.
  • Oversee creation of governance models for new initiatives and verticals.
  • Collaborate with the Grand Council of Doctrine & Strategy (GCDS) on policy and doctrine development.
  • Draft and ratify Doctrine Accords, the strategic charters that guide PxITBS operations.
  • Represent PxITBS in high-level strategic and doctrinal sessions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, systems design, governance, or organizational leadership.
  • Proven ability to build, restructure, or scale complex organizations.
  • Strong grounding in systems thinking, institutional logic, or policy architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable operating within non-traditional, doctrine-led organizational systems.

Preferred

  • Background in law, policy, consulting, or institutional management.
  • Experience in founding, advising, or governing large or mission-driven entities.
  • Understanding of global governance or sovereign-style structures.
