  Roles & responsibilities: The Assistant Manager: Strategic Partnerships & B2G will be responsible for making collaboration with Government/CSR Partners/NGO Partners for STEMROBO Programs & Solutions. The signing up process includes-  
  1. Government Tender Identification & Filing:
    • Research and identify tender opportunities at state, district, and block levels.
    • Prepare, compile, and file proposals, tenders, and RFPs with accuracy and compliance.
    • Hands-on experience with various government tender portals and e-procurement systems.
  2. Cold Visits to Government Departments and other Organization:
    • Conduct cold visits to government departments at state, district, and block levels to explore opportunities.
  • Meeting decision makers of Govt Tenders, CSR Prospects/NGO Partners by way of using existing contacts, cold calls and other lead generation activities in the assigned territory including a few districts and sometimes in a definite state as well.
  • Establish connections and maintain visibility with relevant authorities.
  • Briefing about the Company profile, STEMROBO Products and Offerings.
  1. Relationship Building & Liaisoning:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officials, CSR Partners/NGO Partners and time to time coordination with the internal Operations & Execution team for ensuring the quality End-Mile delivery throughout the academic year/duration of association.
  • Develop effective liaison strategies to ensure alignment with government needs and priorities.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience every time and build trust to influence renewals and expansions.
  1. Proposal Development & Negotiation:
    • Draft competitive proposals aligned with tender requirements and client expectations.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with government entities to close deals successfully.
  • Process documentation, Draft Proposals and prepare reports related to Business Development and other inside sales activities as and when required.
  • Serve as the chief strategist for the partnerships within your territory, reviewing data and collaborating cross-functionally to develop strategic plans to achieve enrolment, engagement and renewal targets; innovate engagement strategies and tactics; and more.
  1. Lead Generation & Networking:
    • Generate leads through personal connections, networking events, and referrals.
    • Leverage contacts to identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities.
  2. Bid Management & Strategy:
    • Lead the preparation of bid responses, ensuring timely submissions and competitive positioning.
    • Conduct competition analysis and strategize to improve the likelihood of tender success.
  3. Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring:
    • Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in tendering processes.
    • Stay updated on changes in procurement policies and guidelines.
  4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams for seamless proposal preparation.
    • Work closely with project teams to ensure post-award execution aligns with commitments.
  5. Reporting & Market Analysis:
    • Provide regular updates to management on tender progress and outcomes.
    • Conduct market intelligence and analyze trends to identify new government initiatives and opportunities.
  • Maintaining company's brand and position across the Partners in the territory as a global leader in providing End-To-End Solution to K-12 Schools for nurturing Innovation & 21st Century Skills in young Students.
  1. Revenue Growth:
    • Drive revenue generation by successfully securing tenders and delivering results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Responsible for company revenue generation from the respective territory in line with the Company Projections.
    Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong liaising and networking skills with government bodies at various levels.
  • Proven experience in proposal writing, tender/RFP filing, and bid management.
  • Expertise in government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in cold visits and building rapport with government officials.
  • Hands-on experience with various tender/government portals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
  Background
  • 2-5 years overall working experience and 6 months plus working in a role that interacted with Government Bodies, CSR/NGO partners, K-12 Schools decision makers is preferred
  • A proven track record of success in a high-visibility, customer-facing role.
  • Experience in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to lead by influence.

Qualification:
  • B. Tech, or equivalent Technical Graduates and Post Graduates preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years
