Role & responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define the company's partnership strategy and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize potential partners based on alignment with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategy and framework to support large transformational pursuit
  • Strategic Consulting & Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning for appropriate products and solutions

Partnership Identification and Outreach:

  • Research and identify potential partners, including SaaS companies, technology providers, industry influencers, and complementary service providers.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision- makers at potential partners organizations.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to establish initial contact and explore collaboration opportunities.

Partnership Negotiation and Contracting:

  • Lead partnership negotiations, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
  • Create and manage partnership contracts, outlining responsibilities, goals, and expectations for both parties.

Collaborative Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and customer success to define joint initiatives and co-marketing activities.
  • Ensure alignment between partner objectives and internal teams to drive successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of partnerships, including revenue impact, customer acquisition, and market reach.
  • Generate regular reports on partnership performance and present findings to the executive team.

Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring ongoing collaboration and communication.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within existing partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 7+ years in strategic partnership management within the SaaS or Enterprise or B2B industry.
  • Excellent understanding of SaaS business models, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
