Manager / Head – EdTech Partnerships & Collaborations (Domestic & International)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a
strategic and well-networked professional
to lead and manage
tie-ups and collaborations
with
EdTech companies, study abroad consultants, and institutional partners
. The role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating collaboration terms, and driving mutual growth through joint student recruitment and academic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard
domestic and international EdTech companies, education consultants, and institutional partners
. - Build
strategic alliances
to promote and sell our
existing degree and certification programs
. - Develop
MoUs, partnership agreements, and revenue-sharing models
with new partners. - Drive
business development and expansion strategies
in new geographies. - Coordinate with internal teams (Academic, Marketing, and Admissions) for smooth partner integration.
- Represent the organization in
international and domestic education fairs, webinars, and summits
. - Track partnership performance and ensure
target achievement and partner satisfaction
. - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term collaboration success.
- Provide
market insights and competitor analysis
to guide expansion strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business, Management, Education, or Marketing
. - 5–10 years of experience
in
EdTech partnerships, institutional tie-ups, or education consultancy
(domestic or international). - Proven track record in
business development and partnership management
. - Excellent
negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
. - Understanding of
higher education markets
, student recruitment, and EdTech operations. - Willingness to travel (domestic and international) when required.
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience working with
universities, EdTech platforms, or study abroad agencies
. - Exposure to
international education markets (Middle East, Africa, SE Asia, Europe, or Latin America)
. - Familiarity with
online learning models, academic partnerships, and affiliate business models
.
