We're now looking for an 
Influencer Collaboration Intern,
someone who lives and breathes digital culture, understands creator ecosystems, and knows that an influencer partnership is more than just a post.

What You'll Do

As an Influencer Collaboration Intern, you'll be the bridge between 
brands and creators
, helping us build meaningful, long-term partnerships that drive visibility, authenticity, and engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Influencer Outreach:
     Identify and reach out to creators, micro-influencers, and UGC talent across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Relationship Management:
     Maintain healthy, ongoing communication with creators — from first contact to final delivery.
  • Negotiation & Coordination:
     Assist in discussing collaboration terms, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Campaign Support:
     Help structure and manage influencer campaigns, ensuring brand objectives are clearly communicated and met.
  • Database Management:
     Maintain and update the influencer roster, campaign sheets, and performance tracking reports.
  • Creative Input:
     Contribute to campaign ideation sessions, bringing in influencer-led ideas and trends that align with brand goals.
  • Communication:
     Coordinate between internal teams and external creators to ensure smooth execution.
  • Performance Tracking:
     Assist in gathering campaign data, analyzing outcomes, and identifying future collaboration opportunities.
