Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Influencer Marketing Associate

to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, managing, and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns while nurturing relationships with influencers, creators, and brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of conceptualizing and executing effective influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with influencers, creators, and thought leaders across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Analyze data and track campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends, platforms, and opportunities in the influencer ecosystem.
  • Represent Mad Influence at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of target audiences, top influencers, and market trends impacting user decisions.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics and quantitative campaign performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proven track record in executing successful outreach and influencer campaigns.
