Influencer Marketing Specialist (On-site, India)

About The Opportunity
Join a revenue-driven marketing team focused on creator-led growth and employer-brand amplification. This on-site role drives end-to-end influencer campaigns—identifying creators, briefing content, negotiating partnerships, and measuring impact to accelerate user acquisition and brand trust.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source and engage micro-to-macro creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to support demand-generation and employer-brand campaigns.
  • Develop clear campaign briefs and creative guidelines aligned to marketing objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer relationships: outreach, negotiation, contracting, content approval, and payment coordination.
  • Collaborate with content, performance marketing, and product teams to integrate creator content into paid and organic funnels.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics dashboards; measure reach, engagement, conversions and ROI, and recommend optimization actions.
  • Maintain a creator roster and campaign calendar; document learnings and scale repeatable processes for faster launches.
