Role Purpose

The Partnerships Manager will drive NetZeroX AI's growth in India by building partnerships with universities, corporations, and EdTech companies, and by promoting the company's
training and Global Career accelerator programs
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage partnerships with
    corporates, universities, and industry associations
    .
  • Identify and engage
    HR/L&D leaders and academic institutions
    for customized training programs.
  • Promote
    online and live practitioner-led courses
    to institutions and professionals.
  • Represent NetZeroX AI at
    education events, webinars, and industry conferences
    .
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to improve course positioning and reach.
  • Support
    corporate proposals, pricing models, and partnership agreements
    .
  • Track and report progress on outreach, enrollments, and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Engineering
    ,
    Business, Marketing, or Education Management
    .
  • 4–8 years' experience in
    EdTech, corporate training, or B2B/B2C course sales
    ..
  • Proven success in
    selling professional or upskilling courses
    and managing partner accounts.
  • Excellent
    presentation, communication, and negotiation
    skills.
  • Strong network in
    education, corporate L&D, or professional training
    sectors.
  • Passion for
    Energy Transition, AI, and lifelong learning
