We are a fast-growing e-commerce startup based in Noida, building a next-generation sourcing and business enablement B2B platform. Our mission is to empower Indian startups, D2C brands, and resellers by giving them easier access to global products, simplified imports, and smarter sourcing solutions.

With over 15+ years of experience in e-commerce and cross-border trade, our team is working to solve real pain points around supplier discovery, sourcing complexity, and scaling new categories.

Role Overview

We are looking for female Business Development Manager who can lead our efforts in client acquisition, partnerships, and market development. This is a core team role with direct exposure to entrepreneurs, startups, and growing brands.

You will be the face of our company in the market — building relationships, onboarding clients, and representing us in events and industry forums.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Partnerships

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard new B2B clients (Amazon/Shopify sellers, D2C brands, resellers, MSMEs).
  • Develop partnerships across categories like fashion, lifestyle, gadgets, accessories, and home products.
  • Confidently pitch the company's value proposition in meetings, calls, and presentations.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to understand needs, resolve queries, and provide solutions.
  • Act as a trusted partner for clients exploring sourcing/import solutions.

Market Development & Branding

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Gather market insights and share structured feedback with the product and strategy teams.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and client-facing presentations.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with operations and marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Support business growth initiatives and align partnerships with the overall company strategy.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Partnerships (preferably in e-commerce or sourcing).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Strong ability to negotiate and close partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  • Female candidates preferred.
