Business Development Manager
who can lead client acquisition and partnerships for
Fintech, SaaS, and custom IT projects
.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and build relationships with clients in
Fintech, BFSI, and Tech segments
. - Drive
end-to-end business development
- from lead generation to project closure. - Collaborate with the tech & delivery team to shape tailored proposals and solutions.
- Represent CodexaCraft in client meetings, demos, and industry events.
- Achieve quarterly revenue and pipeline growth targets through strategic sales.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-7 years of experience in
IT sales / project acquisition / B2B partnerships
. - Strong network or understanding of
Fintech, Banking, or IT outsourcing domains
. - Proven ability to close mid- to large-size projects in software, web, or mobile app development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter mindset with passion for scaling a growing tech brand.
