Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Manager with strong leadership and proven real estate experience. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, manage a high-performing team, and drive business growth through strategic planning and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with developers, brokers, and channel partners to expand business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitive activity.
- Prepare and present business reports to management.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).
- Qualification: Graduate or above.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Noida and NCR real estate market preferred.
