Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Sr. Business Analyst/Black Belt-Transformation & Solutioning-Digital Operations. The role involves analyzing business processes, developing solutions to optimize operations, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing detailed business analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential in this role.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in digital operations and transformation projects
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
