Assistant Vice President – Lean Digital Transformation
. This strategic leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape and implement digital transformation frameworks, deliver end-to-end solutions, and drive impactful change through a multifunctional, client-centric lens.

Key Responsibilities
As the AVP – Lean Digital Transformation, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy Development Design and execute a comprehensive Six Sigma and digital transformation strategy, tailored specifically to Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
  • Policy Formulation Develop policies and frameworks that support measurable improvements in business process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Leadership Lead high-impact transformation projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with certified professionals across functions to plan, design, and execute critical initiatives.
  • Mentorship & Capability Building Serve as an internal consultant to Black Belts and project teams. Deliver advanced training in Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
  • Process Re-engineering Leverage data analytics to re-engineer core processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring Establish benchmarks, KPIs, and reporting standards to track and ensure sustained performance improvement.

Qualifications And Experience
Minimum Qualifications:

  • MBA or B.Tech with significant experience in process excellence, digital transformation, or operational strategy roles
  • Proven success in leading complex Lean Six Sigma projects
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Certified Master Black Belt (MBB)
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and project management frameworks
  • Black Belt/Green Belt/Lean or similar quality certifications
  • Experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) within a BPM or shared services environment (preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Hands-on expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Process Re-engineering, or related methodologies
  • Energetic, proactive personality with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently and drive change in a matrixed, global environment
