We're Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) at Skill Stack Hub
Are you passionate about helping learners achieve their career goals while excelling in sales? We're looking for a Sr. BDE with proven experience in EdTech / B2C sales to join our growing team.
Role: Senior Business Development Executive
Location: Noida (Sector 63), On-site
Compensation: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Fixed) + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Handle & convert leads from campaigns, webinars, referrals, and partnerships
- Conduct counselling calls, demos, and webinars to guide learners
- Achieve monthly enrolment & revenue targets
- Present course details, ROI, and placement support to potential learners
- Maintain CRM data & share weekly progress reports
- Collaborate with marketing & student success teams to maximize conversions
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any stream)
- 1.5 – 5 years of sales experience (preferably in EdTech / B2C / Online Education)
- Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets
- Excellent communication & counselling skills in Hindi + English
- Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
