About Us
We are "EXPERIENCE FAB" an event management firm based in Greater Noida, specializing in corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, MICE, and experiential marketing.
Since 2013, we have successfully executed projects for leading brands such as ABP Network, Network 18, ZEEL, Zee Network, Airtel, Jumio India, Fortune India, BL Agro, Kent RO, FnP, and many others.
We are expanding our business footprint across India and are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Sr. Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the corporate and event sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and agency partners.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry research, and attending industry events/exhibitions.
- Pitch event concepts, brand activations, and MICE solutions to clients.
2. Proposal & Presentation
- Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to develop customized event proposals and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, pitch decks, and detailed client proposals aligned with the client's marketing objectives.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations effectively.
3. Account Management & Coordination
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, handle client feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event cycle.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Suggest new service offerings and strategic approaches to enhance business revenue.
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and business expansion strategies.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about the events industry.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of event trends, budgeting, and brand activation will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing / Event Management preferred (not mandatory).
Salary Range
