We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
to join our team and drive growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the firm's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development plans aligned with the firm's strategic goals.
  • Identify relevant prospect data and conduct outbound calls to fix meetings with prospects.
  • Churn and manage the existing data provided by the company.
  • Schedule and participate in meetings to understand client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects/clients during the initial engagement phase.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
  • Cross-sell and upsell consulting services to existing clients by identifying additional areas where the firm can add value.
  • Work closely with consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development/execution from consulting and training sectors.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • A Master's in Psychology or HR will be an added advantage.

Core Competencies:

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets.
  • Strong understanding of consulting services and ability to articulate their value to clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office and presentation software.

Who Should Apply

  • Professionals with 2–3 years in B2B business development or sales execution within consulting, training, or adjacent premium services, owning the full cycle from lead gen to closure.
  • Individuals adept at prospect research, CRM‑driven data hygiene, and consistent outbound calling to secure meetings with decision‑makers.
  • Candidates who have created tailored proposals/presentations and acted as the first point of contact through discovery and scoping.
  • People who have cross‑sold/upsold services to expand account value and can collaborate with delivery/consulting teams.
  • Organized, proactive operators who hit targets in fast‑paced environments and can articulate consulting value propositions.

Who Should Not Apply

  • Freshers or those without proven outbound BD or consulting/training sales experience.
  • Individuals limited to non–client-facing customer service or support with no discovery/meeting‑setting exposure.
  • Candidates without B2B experience or who cannot demonstrate proposal creation, pipeline ownership, and closures.
  • Those uncomfortable with regular outbound calls, target accountability, and consultative conversations with senior stakeholders.
