We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in aligning students from schools, colleges, and institutions for various workshops. The ideal candidate will be responsible for briefing and aligning candidates on the PMFME Scheme, as well as coordinating workshops and training sessions. Additionally, the role involves creating diverse presentations tailored for different purposes and effectively communicating with clients to support business objectives and ensure their mobilization.

Key Responsibilities:

l Collaborate with schools, colleges, and institutions to identify opportunities and coordinate student participation in workshops.

l Provide comprehensive briefings and guidance to candidates regarding the PMFME Scheme, ensuring clarity and understanding.

l Organize, conduct, and manage workshops and training sessions, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

l Communicate effectively with clients for multiple business purposes, fostering relationships and supporting the mobilization of resources.

l Actively pursue new business opportunities and partnerships, contributing to the expansion of workshop participation and client engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

l Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

l Proven experience in business development, educational outreach, or a related field.

l Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

l Proficiency in creating engaging presentations using various tools.

l Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

l Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
