Job Summary
We are looking for a well-spoken and confident Female Business Development Executive whose primary responsibility will be to connect with new potential clients through calling and introduce them to our services. This is a non-target role, focused on communication, client engagement, and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Calling
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and generate interest.
- Lead Handling & Follow-Up
Manage inbound inquiries, maintain follow-ups, and ensure smooth communication with prospects.
- Client Requirement Understanding
Gather client needs and share accurate service details and company information.
- Database Management
Maintain and update client lists, call logs, and lead records regularly.
- Coordination With Internal Teams
Share client feedback and coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Professional Communication
Represent the company with a polite, confident, and professional communication style.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle phone conversations professionally
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Prior experience in telecalling/BD calling is a plus but not mandatory
