Business Development Executives
to support our growing sales and digital marketing operations.

Role Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for outbound sales activities, client interaction, lead generation, and achieving defined daily and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (minimum qualification)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales or Digital Marketing Sales
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
  • Age: 18–35 years
  • Must own a smartphone
  • Mandatory documents: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank Account Proof, Educational Certificates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling and prospecting
  • Client interaction through calls and video meetings
  • Lead generation and profile enrichment
  • Requirement posting and follow-ups
  • Achieving assigned KRAs and sales targets

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month
