Business Development Executives
to support our growing sales and digital marketing operations.
Role Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for outbound sales activities, client interaction, lead generation, and achieving defined daily and monthly performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (minimum qualification)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales or Digital Marketing Sales
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
- Age: 18–35 years
- Must own a smartphone
- Mandatory documents: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank Account Proof, Educational Certificates
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling and prospecting
- Client interaction through calls and video meetings
- Lead generation and profile enrichment
- Requirement posting and follow-ups
- Achieving assigned KRAs and sales targets
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month
