We're Hiring – Business Development (Executive / Sr. Executive / Manager)

Location: NX ONE, Greater Noida West
Working Days: 6 Days (Mon–Sat)
Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
About Experience Fab:
Experience Fab is a full-service event management and brand experience agency specializing in corporate events, exhibitions, and experiential activations.
We conceptualize, design, and execute impactful brand experiences across India — from large-scale corporate offsites and product launches to exhibition stalls and roadshows.
Open Positions & Salary Range:
- Business Development Executive: 1–2 yrs | ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
- Senior Business Development Executive: 2–4 yrs | ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives
- Business Development Manager: 4+ yrs | ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients for events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pitch presentations.
- Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the event or exhibition industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for client servicing and business growth.
