About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Sr. Accounts Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end finance operations, including revenue management, compliance, receivables, and reporting. This is a strategic role that combines hands-on accounting expertise with leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with sales, client servicing, and operations teams to drive financial accuracy, streamline processes, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and supervise AR/AP functions, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, payments, reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

● Manage and support the AR/AP team, conducting weekly reviews, assigning tasks, resolving escalations, and driving cross-functional coordination with operations and client-facing teams.

● Oversee billing operations, including daily service invoices, monthly recurring charges, proforma invoices, and DIGICURO bookings.

● Monitor receivables and credit control, ensuring daily aging report reviews, follow-ups, and client exit settlements with security deposit reconciliation.

● Ensure compliance and reporting, including timely submission of GSTR-1, 26AS reconciliation, MIS reports, payroll processing, and audit support.

● Drive financial accuracy and improvements, analyzing revenue, cost trends, and cash flows while implementing tools and process enhancements for scalability.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● 7–8 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality industries.

● Strong command over GST, TDS, and general compliance frameworks.

● Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

● Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong analytical, reporting, and time management capabilities.

● Familiarity with tools like DIGICURO is a strong advantage.
