Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable and vendor reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal departments for financial matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 4–10 years in accounting and finance (preferably in manufacturing or construction industry).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST, and TDS compliance.
  • Working knowledge of Income Tax, ROC filings, and audit coordination.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial data responsibly.

Pay: ₹16, ₹37,281.78 per month
