We are looking for a smart and dynamic person to be placed as Sr. Manager (F&A) in our Noida office.

Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of books of accounts.
  • Ensure accurate posting of all journal entries, payments, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare quarterly/ half yearly/ annual financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely closure of accounts, reconciliations, and management reporting
  • Preparation of monthly dashboard covering all key transactions.

2. Budgeting, Planning & Analysis

  • Annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Conduct variance analysis, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support management with financial analysis, MIS reports, and dashboards.

3. Banking Operations

  • Handle net banking transactions, fund transfers, and TT (telegraphic transfer) remittances.
  • Monitor bank accounts and review bank reconciliation statements.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs).

4. Taxation & Compliance

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all direct and indirect tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits
  • Preparing and providing details with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain statutory MIS reports

5. Receivables & Payables

  • Regular reconciliation of debtors and creditors accounts.
  • Follow-up for outstanding payments from customers

6. Internal Controls & Processes

  • Implement and strengthen internal controls, policies, and SOPs.
  • Preparing and updating Internal financial controls and SOPs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in a 100+ cr company, with at least 2 years in a senior manager role.
  • Commerce graduate/post graduate from a reputed university.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
