Job Description: Partnerships Sales Manager
Location: Sec 3, Noida

Qualification:
Graduate/ MBA preferred
About the role:
This role focuses on building and scaling strategic partnerships with system integrators, BPOs, and consulting firms to drive adoption of our clients AI solutions in customer experience. The person will identify, onboard, and manage partners, enabling co-selling, co-marketing, and joint go-to-market initiatives across industries like BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and edtech. Success in the role means turning partnerships into a powerful growth engine that expands their market reach and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Company's partnerships strategy with system integrators (SIs), BPOs, and consulting firms to drive AI adoption in customer experience processes.
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners to scale AI transformation initiatives across consumer brands in sectors like BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and edtech.
- Design and implement co-selling, co-marketing, and joint GTM programs with partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure mutual success.
Requirements:
- 2-8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of establishing and scaling partnerships that drive revenue and strategic value.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in sales and customer support processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Experience in creating and managing partnership programs from the ground up.
