Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale strategic partnerships with SIs, BPOs, and consulting firms.
- Drive AI adoption in CX across BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and edtech sectors.
- Lead co-selling, co-marketing, and joint GTM initiatives with partners.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams for aligned growth.
- Track and optimize partnership performance to ensure mutual success.
Requirements:
- 2–8 years' experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
- Proven success in driving revenue through strategic collaborations.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven sales and customer support solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to build programs from the ground up.
