As we scale, we are looking for a
Director of Sales
who is passionate about SaaS, has a proven track record in B2B sales, and is excited to grow alongside the company through
equity ownership
.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    strategic sales plans
    to achieve revenue growth targets for Zeba Pro.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a
    high-performing sales team
    from scratch.
  • Drive
    new business acquisition
    across startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients in India.
  • Identify and develop
    channel partnerships, resellers, and aggregator networks
    .
  • Own the
    sales funnel
    , ensuring consistent lead generation, conversion, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to
    optimize go-to-market strategies
    .
  • Report directly to the founders and play a key role in
    shaping company growth strategy
    .

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years
    of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRTech or related software.
  • Proven experience in
    scaling sales teams
    and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of
    startup dynamics
    and equity-based incentive structures.
  • Excellent
    networking and relationship-building skills
    .
  • Strategic thinker with a
    hands-on approach
    to closing deals and driving results.
  • Comfortable working in a
    fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
    .
