Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Performance Director located in Gurugram. The Digital Performance Director will oversee digital marketing strategies, develop performance-driven campaigns, and optimize market growth. The role includes aligning marketing plans with organizational goals, conducting detailed market research, and managing marketing initiatives across various channels. The Director will also collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment across marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and developing comprehensive strategies for growth
  • Strong understanding of Market Research and Marketing trends to identify and capitalize on industry opportunities
  • Experience in Sales and aligning sales strategies with marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to drive performance
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology, FinTech, or SaaS sectors is highly desirable
