We are looking for a dynamic Director/Associate Director – Corporate IT to lead our enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, end-user services, and security compliance initiatives. This is a strategic + hands-on leadership role reporting to the Senior Director – Technical Operations with a dotted line to the CISO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud services, and end-user computing
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs
  • Ensure security compliance, audits, vulnerability management, and support InfoSec initiatives
  • Oversee Helpdesk operations, ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira), SLAs, and user experience
  • Manage and mentor IT teams across infra, support, and security
  • Own Corporate IT budget, vendor relationships, and cost optimization
  • Drive automation, digital transformation, and IT strategy alignment

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, Networking (Cisco/Fortinet/Meraki), SCCM/Intune/JAMF, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure/AWS
  • Certifications preferred: ITIL, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, Cisco
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
