Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Account Director, based in Gurugram. The Associate Account Director will oversee client relationships and lead strategic planning to deliver high-quality campaigns across various media platforms. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing and executing marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals. The role also entails budget management, performance analysis, team leadership, and providing creative direction to achieve impactful results.

  • Client relationship management, strategic planning, and account management experience
  • Proven expertise in digital, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management and performance analysis
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration and drive successful outcomes
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the advertising or branding industry is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
