Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director - Client Solutions, based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing and managing client accounts, driving strategic initiatives, and leading solutions to meet client objectives. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, consulting on operations and strategic decisions, and supporting sales initiatives. The role also entails leading a cross-functional team, crafting innovative solutions, and ensuring consistent delivery against client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Pre-Sales and Solutions, 10-14yrs of experience in Analytics, exclusive on Life Science & Pharmaceutical Industry, proposal development, technical documentation, and RFP responses
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess complex data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Sales strategies to establish and maintain successful client relationships
  • Expertise in Consulting to design and implement effective solutions tailored to client requirements
  • Effective Team Leadership to guide, support, and motivate team members in achieving targeted results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in a client-facing and leadership role in a relevant industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
