Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Government Sales located in Gurugram. The Director of Government Sales will be responsible for leading sales strategies targeted at government clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales team, overseeing business development initiatives, directing negotiations with government entities, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Business Development and Negotiation
- Knowledge of working with Government clients
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
