About the Role

Were hiring an Associate Director Enterprise Sales to lead our corporate and institutional business development efforts. You'll own strategic relationships, craft custom learning solutions, and unlock large-scale partnerships across India and globally—including with corporates, GCCs, and select government stakeholders. This is a high-ownership role with strong revenue accountability and cross-functional collaboration at its core.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic B2B sales for large enterprises and Global Capability Centers
  • Drive consultative discussions to co-create training programs tailored to client needs
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships, from first pitch to contract closure
  • Spearhead the establishment of Centres of Excellence in collaboration with partners
  • Liaise with Indian and international government bodies when needed for program rollout
  • Mentor junior sales team members and support overall revenue targets

Who You Are

  • 8–15 years in enterprise/B2B sales, corporate education, or strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals with CXO-level clients
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and strategic thinking
  • Prior experience with GCCs or government-related partnerships is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
