Position Summary
This Requisition is for the Employee Referrals Campaign
This is a Leadership role for a person who will be responsible for leadingand managing a team of Managers and senior managers working on multiple project streams for a client. They would be applying domain knowledge for better business decision-making, especially in the areas ofAnalytics/Technology/Product Engineering/Product Management.
Job Responsibilities
- Leadership – Lead & guide the team independently or with little support to implement & deliver complex project assignments.
- Logical Thinking – Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Must be able to guide team members in analysis.
- Project & Process Management –
- Get accurate briefs from the Client and translate into tasks for team members with priorities and timeline plans.
- Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness. Should be able to monitor accuracy and quality of others' work.
- Ability to think in advance about potential risks and mitigation plans.
- Ideate, implement, adhere and monitor quality processes essential for delivery excellence
- People Management
- Provide leadership to help people perform at their best, through motivating and developing them to achieve high performance.
- Provide structure, direction and purpose to your team through effective communication/regular meetings
- Provide clear guidance, instruction, advice or coaching for the job. Be accessible. Where appropriate, aim for inclusivity - enabling staff to input ideas, and consulting on change and development.
- Use the performance management process as a valuable tool for supporting employee development and improvement.
- Handle Client Relationship – Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. Should be able to deliver results back to the Client independently. Should have excellent communication skills.

Work Experience
BIMTechno Functional - Director -15+ years of experience in techno-functional leadership in data warehousing- ETL, Business Intelligence areas, and MDM areas. Technical leadership in Enterprise data warehousing or Cloud Data management -ETL, BI, & MDM solutioning areas. Should have successfully managed end-to-end DW solutioning in Pharma or Life Sciences Business domain project. Hands-on knowledge of Cloud technologies -AWS, Snowflake & Azure service offerings. Big Data Analytics and like Hadoop, Spark, HIVE, PIG, Map Reduce programming, Kafka, Python, etc., databases, SQL, BI tools like Qlik/MSTR/Tableau
BIMMDM - Senior Director 18+ years of experience in global program planning and execution for Data Management programs and Master Data Management solutions. This includes project plans, scopes, budgets, staffing resources, leading client workshops, and providing high-quality and insightful advice to our clients in terms of Cloud Data Management strategy, architecture, and operating model. Prior experience in delivering customer-focused Cloud Data Management solutionsMaster Data Management System, Master Data Modelling, Data Quality Management, and InformationGovernance. Should have led in a Delivery Manager role in full life-cycle implementations and the delivery of major engagements on a day-to-day basis, providing hands-on technical leadership to the delivery team.
CFSales Ops - Director 15+ years of experience in leadership roles in sales operations, sales strategy, sales enablement, CRM system management, and other related fields
. Commercial operation leader role who will lead the development and provision of routine and ad hoc analytics to senior management regarding sales business development initiatives, customer segment performance, etc.
Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for CRM, Sales planning, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Sales force automation
. Experience working within a high-growth technology company.
CE- Incentive Compensation - Director 12+ years of relevant experience in Incentive Compensation domain.Must have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in one or more of these technologiesSQL, VBA, SAS.Must have worked on at least one Incentive Compensation toolsVaricent, Optymyze, Callidus, Xactly, Others.Must have lead teams on implementation of Incentive compensation solution.Must have worked on more than 2 incentive projects in past.Experience in either developing new solutions or business development (pre-sales) is a definite plus.Experience in either developing new solutions or business development (pre-sales) is a definite plus
