What you will do:
The Director of Security Products Sales at Johnson Controls will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and execution of our comprehensive product offerings. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in account management and a proven ability to achieve significant annual revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on increasing market penetration, engaging effectively with partners and consultants, and fostering long-term relationships within the industry.
How you will do it:
Lead a high-performing sales team focused on security products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
Engage with partners and consultants to drive sales initiatives, ensuring an understanding of market needs and product offerings.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to enhance market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while expanding the customer base.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
What we look for:
A minimum of 18 years of experience in sales management, with a substantial focus on security products or technology solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong emphasis on account management and strategic partnerships.
