Position: Director – Sales
Location: Noida & Gurgaon
Experience: 15–20 years in Real Estate Sales (Channel Partner Firms)
Compensation: No salary bar for the right candidate+ incentive best in industry.
Joining: Immediate / As per notice period
Role Overview
We are looking for highly experienced and dynamic Directors – Sales to lead our
growing operations in Noida and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a proven
track record of 15–20 years in real estate sales, preferably in channel partner firms,
with expertise in handling luxury residential and commercial projects. The candidate
must have at least 10 years of team-handling experience with strong leadership,
business development, and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations for luxury residential and commercial
projects in Noida/Gurgaon.
Build, mentor, and manage a large sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and HNI
clients.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and channel partner
management.
Ensure smooth execution of transactions and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to devise effective
sales strategies.
- Represent Asset Deals LLP at client meetings, industry events, and networking
forums.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with channel partner
firms.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury residential and commercial projects in Noida &
Gurgaon.
Strong team-handling experience (10+ years).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong industry network with developers, channel partners, and HNIs.
Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹549, ₹4,592,539.81 per year
