Role Description
•Single window contact with customer and to ensure the highest level of
customer satisfaction index
• Exploring and chasing new business opportunities, RFQ handling with
customer & internal team, Pricing strategy, Negotiation with Customers
• Achieve target business sale/win and profitability growth
• Commercial settlements for ECN, Tooling cost, Development cost,
Obsolescence cost, RM Indexing etc.
• Accounts Receivable targets within agreed terms
• Forecasting of volume & pricing for company budgets. MIS related to Sales &
Marketing
• Sales related SAP transactions & related coordination with tea
Qualifications
• DME/BE or equivalent.
• Knowledge of automotive products, specifications, and features (cars, parts,
accessories)
• Understanding of automotive sales processes (dealer network, retail & B2B
sales)
• Market research & competitor analysis in the automotive sector
